Betty Hodges has been a dedicated professional in the manufactured home industry since 1986. For the first twenty years of her career, she worked directly on a manufactured home model center, specializing in the sale and custom design of homes built by renowned manufacturers such as Jacobsen, Palm Harbor, and Homes of Merit for land-home packages. She then transitioned into assisting both sellers and buyers in land lease communities, where her passion for helping people find the right home continued to grow. Betty is a licensed Realtor in both Florida and Georgia and brings a wealth of experience, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of the manufactured housing market to every client she serves. Her long-standing career is built on integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process with confidence, clarity, and care.

She currently serves the areas of St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Yulee, Fernandina Beach, Hilliard, Callahan, St. Marys, Kingsland, and Folkston . Resale Home Solutions, is a licensed manufactured home brokerage operating in both Florida and Georgia.
