What a fantastic lady!! Made selling my home easy!  Thank you so much!

From the moment we met Betty and did a walkthrough with her, I could tell she really knew her stuff! She always had the best interest of her clients in mind, she knows the real estate market and trends, and she set us up for success in selling my mom's mobile home. We had a unique situation with relocating before we got the house on the market, and she was so accommodating and extremely helpful with all of the details of our sale. She kept us updated before and after every showing, and she let us know when the landscaping needed done so the home showed us to potential. She had great ideas to get my mom's home visible, and she did exactly what we asked, going above and beyond as well. We are so pleased we chose Betty! She started her own business while my mom's home was on the market, and we chose to stay with her. That was the best decision we made! The transition was smooth, and she didn't skip a beat. Betty is awesome! She made the sale of my mother’s home so easy! She communicated everything with us. We were out of town when the sale happened and Betty took special care of us. She even deposited the check in our bank for us! I would definitely use Betty again if the need arises.

Betty was wonderful. She communicated well showed me everything that I wanted to see and was very patient. It was very obvious that she knows exactly what she is doing. On top of that, she was informative about the rules of the HOA and resources in the area. She supplied phone numbers to the power company, garbage collection, and the water department among other things. I highly recommend her and was very pleased with the entire process.
